ALIFAX® ERYTHROCYTE SEDIMENTATION ANALYZER
Go beyond traditional ESR analysis – Add quality control in your ESR routine:
Since the phenomenon of erythrocyte sedimentation is confined to fresh blood and is transient, quality control procedures are based on the comparison of the results with the reference method performed on fresh samples. Traditional control materials are not able to correctly reproduce the phenomenon.
The Latex Control kits are a better alternative to traditional blood samples controls and provide known LOW, MEDIUM and HIGH values that guarantee:
- Precision
- Accuracy
- Repeatability

ESR Results Delivered at the Speed of Healthcare
Sysmex has a decades-long legacy of developing better analyzers. Today, we’ve moved well beyond “building better boxes” to create a more holistic, intuitive ecosystem that improves lab operations, promotes better care and enhances patient management practices.
NEW ESR SYSTEM GENERATION
By measuring the kinetics of red cell aggregation, Alifax® Capillary Photometry Technology is capable of providing ESR results in 20 seconds. This technology is recognized by CLSI as an alternative ESR method and is included in External Quality Assurance and Proficiency Testing programs.
IF YOU NEED TO DO MORE WITH LESS WE HAVE A SOLUTION
Not all products are available in all countries.
In today’s rapidly changing healthcare landscape, laboratory directors are now being tasked to make the most of their staff’s limited time. Efficiency is critical as physicians demand fast turnaround, which is vital to maintain a high level of patient care.
